Cristina is Head of Technology and Operations for Spain and Europe at Banco Santander.

She holds a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and completed the Manager Development Programme at IESE.

She has over 25 years’ experience in executive positions with technology and finance multinationals, over the course of which she has received numerous awards.

She also sits several boards of directors.

She is married with three children and a firm defender of the role of women in technology and an advocate inclusive leadership as a tool to improve business results.
