Laura Fernández Espeso directs the creation, production and distribution strategy of THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO and is responsible for the company's international expansion, with a presence in NewYork, Miami, the United Kingdom and Latin America , among other territories.

Included on the Forbes list of the 50 most powerful women in the audiovisual industry in Spain, she is a member of the US Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and a judge for the International Emmy Awards.

Under her leadership, the Studio has driven cinema and television production on a global scale for clients such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, ViX+, Starzplay, Paramount+, Movistar+, Atresmedia, and RTVE, and has undertaken important international collaborations such as the launch, along with Penelope Cruz, of the Moonlyon production company and the partnership with Medyapim, the Turkish fiction giant.

Committed to equality and the training of new talent, she is the main Promoter of the Master's Degree in Screenwriting at The Mediapro Studio-UCM and is a member of the Mediapro Group's Diversity Committee.
