Silvia Macedo has worked for the L'Oréal Group for 17 years.

Although she is Portuguese, she lived in France for her entire childhood.Her career started at L'Oréal Paris in Portugal, and she later moved on to Garnier, where she eventually became the Marketing Director.Her experience continued as the Brand Director at Garnier Mexico, which she ended up making the country’s number-one brand.

Since January 2021, she has held the job of Managing Director at L'Oréal Paris for Spain and Portugal.
