Since October 2019, Teresa Parejo-Navajas has been the Director of Sustainability at Iberia.

Previously, she had an extensive career in academia as a lecturer in Administrative Law at Carlos III University (Madrid), specialising in climate change regulation and policies.

During the time she lived in New York, she worked for the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University and with the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).
